Yet another winner in West Portal! Sushi Suki, tucked away on the second floor above a small gallery, is great. Simple menu, great fish, perfect rice, tight menu, and fast service. We ate in on our first visit and have door dashed several times since. It's hard to believe that the sushi that comes fresh to your home could be as good as fresh to your table but it is. Gyoza are really good, seared on the bottom and steamed on top just like Bachan used to make . All the rolls are simple and delicious. No need to delve into a never ending list of "creative" and expensive rolls just good fish rolled up in crispy nori! I really like this place for lunch, dinner with the fam, or door dash on a Monday night. Exactly what I'm looking for in a great local sushi bar.

We've been going here for years and, so far, it's still the best sushi we've found in SF. One thing to keep in mind when coming here: it's primarily a SUSHI restaurant. It's not a steak house. It's not a ramen spot. It's not Red freaking Lobster. I see a lot of people complaining about how their steak wasn't cooked to their liking which, indeed, is always disappointing but you, unfortunately, don't always get gourmet steak dishes at a hole in the wall sushi spot. Judging a sushi spot on the quality of their steak is like judging a steak house on the quality of their sushi - it just doesn't work that way. If you want delicious SUSHI for a decent price, this is the place to go. If you aren't looking for raw fish, look elsewhere.

I eat here a lot and have never had a problem here. The service is great and the staff is really nice. I always get the salmon and tuna maki and it's delicious every single time. The price isn't bad either as we've never paid more than 60 dollars here for two people. The Miso soup is a must have every-time we go. 10/10

Ive been going here almost everyday for lunch for more than a month now. I guess it's my regular spot. The restaurant is family ranch and owned, the vibe is homey and the diners ranges from tourists to locals with their kids. The kids loves the fish tank. Its a cute sight to see in a restaurant. Food: Fresh fish and salmon roe. I always order the ikura with salmon roll and sometimes dragon or rainbow if im feeling hungry. Their miso soup is a must appetizer. Will definitely be back for my lunch.
